Refreshments were served during the afternoon, of the schools’ faculties and wives of men teachers. Out-of-town guests were Mrs. Frank McCord of Estacada, Mrs. H. E. Schlegel, Sr., of Portland and Mrs. Earl Thibeau of Seattle. Mrs. J.W. Nichols was in charge of the program. For the program the high school girls’ sextet sang several selections and piano solos were played by Maxine Hartwick and Barbara Keasey. Vocal solo ists were Sally Kaspar and Mir iam Corll. Presiding at the coffee and tea urns were Mrs. Ralph Valpiani and Mrs. Fred Tousley, president and vice-president respectively of the club. In charge of arrangements for the tea were Mrs. William Heath, Mrs. A. J. Hughes, Mrs. Ben Brickel and the hostess, Mrs. Greenman.
