Mrs. Alice Bolt’inghouse who is making her home with her son, J. M. Peachey, left Friday of last week for a three week’s visit with her daughter, Mrs. John Casey at Tacoma, Washington. Recent visitors at the George ,Carl home were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. J. Kennedy and their granddaughter, Barbara Allen Hall, of Seattle. The trio spent a week at the Carl home. Mrs. Ken­ nedy and her granddaughter had just returned from a visit to Van­ couver, B. C., and Port Angeles, Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Beacom were guests Sunday morning at a farewell breakfast given in »heir honor at the J. A. Wirtz home. Another guest was Father John Goodrich, principal of and religious instructor at St. Mary’s Boys’ Home at Huber. Father Goodrich states that there are 130 boys enrolled at the home at this time. The Beacoms left Monday for their new home in Newberg. Mrs. C. T. Moore came from Se­ attle Friday for a visit at the home of her son, Walter Moore.
