Neighbors of Woodcraft
Plan Future Meetings
The Neighbors of Woodcraft
held their last meeting at the
home of Neighbors Lois and
Grant Thayer. It was decided at
that time to hold future meetings
in the I.O.O.F. hall on the first
Thursday of each month.
Members are desirous of having
all Neighbors out for the meet
ing at . the hall on the first day
of August. Nehalem Circle will
also be very pleased to have any
visiting members come on any
first Thursday of the month.
At last meeting Neighbors had
the pleasure of a visit from Oza
Mae Buchanan. She is a member
of Nehalem Circle and had not
been here for eight years. She
has been on vacation for a month
or so and has been visiting friends
here, and at and around Spokane,
Washington. She makes her home
in Los Angeles.

Protect
Our Forests
from Fire!
Forests are important to every state in the
Union, because everybody needs things
made of wood, or derived from wood. All
our forest lands, in one piece, would make
a tract 387 miles wide, stretching almost
from Atlantic to Pacific. To protect them
from fire is a job for all Americans. It's
one way to keep our forests perpetually
producing the products we use . . . and
the jobs we need.
This forest care message is sponsored as a public service bg these firms:
