Mr. Hess has been carry ing out a program of improve ment and mod< rnization for the course that will make it one of the best for a community of tbit size and which will prove an as set for the Nehalem valley. Preliminary to the seeding, Mr. Hess has been bu«y nemov ng the former turf and rep'aeing with new soil so that faster and bet ter growth would be assured.
