SON TO SIN SAYS PREACHER
“Ralph is one day old.”
As the young preacher began
his sermon that Sunday morn
ing, October 29th it was, he
told his people of the birth of
Ralph’, their first bern, the day
before. He said that while the
little fellow was but a day old,
he knew he would break out in-
to sin and that he must be born
egain. I have a nature that turns
to sin and so ha3 his mother and
so it will be with the babe. Then
the man’s voice took on deep
concern.
Would that I might
know that my son would be born
again.
You must be born again, was
his text. He told of one of their
members who had been born
twice and had a double birthday.
Her second birth was from above,
of God. And on the same day
and month and day as her hu
man birth. We add that being
born twice, she is to die but
once, She will not see the see-
ond d eath—wh osoever was not
found written in the Lamb’s
dorsed. A-13 expires Dec. 21.
