There­ upon, the amounts of the several warrants, so docketed, shall become liens upon the title to any interest in real property owned by the respective persons against whom such warrant have been issued. The effect shall be the same as though the people of Columbia County had recovered judgment against the person named in each such warrant for the full amount of the delinquent taxes covered by such warrant, together with interest thereon and costs as provided by law. The lien of any warrant so docketed shall be released on full payment of the amount of delinquent taxes, interest and costs covered therein; or on a satisfactory showing that the person against whom the warrant was issued was under no liability for payment of such taxes at the time the warrant was issued and has not become liable for such payment at any subsequent itime; or for other good and sufficient reason.
