Competition is arranged so that one continuous game is played with two teams, one from each division, playing one 15-minute quarter of the game. The divisions have been design ated east and west, the west side te: ms comprising Hillsboro, Forest Grove, St. Marys and Vernonia and the east side Newberg, Tigard, Beaverton and Sherwood. The game is to be played on the Pacific University field at Forest Grove.
