Maye Lloyd, Archie Green Wed Friday— Marshall of Vernonia, Oregon, The Barkman home was beauti- fully decorated with pink sweet peas and Paresian blue candles. The table was set with a cello phane wedding cake with pink satin streamers with fortunes attached and a large balloon. Each guest pricked the balloon and inside was the announcement of the couple. Covers were laid for 24. The guests were high school and Church Sewing Circle friends of Miss Bar ton’s. 'Mrs. Dave Marshall spent the weekend in Seattle and was a guest t the party. Refreshments were served. Minia ture forms of bride and groom in ice cream, and heart shaped cakes with the names of the engaged couple iced in pink and white. Miss Barton and Mr. Marshall will wed in early fall and will re- »ide in Seattle. A wedding ceremony for Maye Lloyd and Archie Green was per formed last Friday evening at the home of a cousin in Riverview at 10 p. m. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Garland Seger.
