plan to start work on the new coun-I
ty highway.
A. J. Wheaton, Clatskanie logger,
narrowily escaped death Sunday
when his truck, on which was loaided
hie log trailer, crashed through the
barrier and fence at the end of
the pavement near Buxton, careen­
ing into a deep ditch. The trailer
followed through when the truck
dropped over the highway ond
sheared off the cab. He suffered a
deep throat wound and numerous
lacerations about the face.
