It is asserted that Mr. Car rick, who was on his way to work at camp, was attempting to pass a car driven by Wilbur Erb, and in so doing crashed head on into a car driven by Albert Schmidlin, Jr., who was approaching in the opposite dir ection. The fog was so dense that none of the drivers could see the others’ cars until the accident happened. Mr. Erb and Mr. Schmidlin were uninjured.
