pursuance of an order of the county
court of the county of Columbia,
state of Oregon, made on the 26th
day of November, 1928, in the mat­
ter of the estate of Martin Tobin
deceased, the undersigned, admin­
istrator of the estate of Martin
Tobin, deceased will sell at private
sale to the highest bidder, under
the terms and conditions herein­
after mentioned, and subject to
confirmation by said court, on or
after the 5th day of January, 1929,
all the right, title, interest, and
estate of said Martin Tobin de­
ceased at the time of his death in
and to the real property herein­
after described and all the right,
title and interest that the said
estate has by operation of law or
otherwise acquired other than or
in addition to that of said deceased
at the time of his death of, in, and
to that certain piece or parcel of
land situate, lying and being in
the county of Columbia, state of
Oregon, and described as follows,
to-wit:
A tract of land of about 40 acres
in section 2, township 5 north,
range 4 west of the Willamette
meridian, as reserved
by

Martin Tobin, deceased, in his deed
to the Fir Tree Lumber Co. dated
April 6th 1910, and recorded in
Book 13 at page 280 of the deed
records of Columbia county, Ore­
gon, on the 9th day of April, 1910,
to which deed record reference is
hereby made for a more complete
and particular description of said
land and the rights therein describ­
ed.

States; ten (10) per cent of the
amount of the bid to be deposited
with the bid, the balance of the
purchase price to be paid on con­

court and execution of deed to pur­
