Annual County Convention last
Sunday at Clatskanie. I t is es­
timated that 600 were in attend*
ance. It was an old fashioned
picnic, enjoyed to the utmost by
all. The basket dinner, the
games and music were entered
into with enthusiasm and the ad­
dress listened to with all atten­
tion.
Several members from
Vernonia were in attendance,
and report that it was a great
day; a get acquainted day where
everybody knew everybody.
