Estimating cheese still in factory brinirs the total make of cheese to 527. 233 lbs. 7..S22 boxes of cheese manufactured. 10.97 lbs. of cheese were made on an average per hundred lbs. milk as against 10.S4 during 1911. Figuring it on the averace price received for cheese brings it to 2.13 cents per 100 lbs. milk, ur $1,025.00 for the vear. Estimatint: cheese on hand at 16 cents brines the total value of cheese to $St4i0.SS. This is by far the lar gest amount received for one year's cheese at anv fa-tory in this county at any time. This is a cam of i25,5G.43 over 1911, a gain of nearly 43 per cent. Butter fat prices paid : January, 44 cents; February, 51 ce its; March, 53 cents; April, 4-1 cents; May, 3$ cents; June. 3.l cent; July, 40 cents; Aug ust, 39.6; September, 42.3 cents; Oct ober, 45.5 cents.
