There is always a class who are envious of those who succeed. Much of this envy is born of an uncall ed for jealousy that has no sound basis of fact to sustain it. There seems recently to be some of this spirit exhibited against Tillamook. While Tillamook happens to be the county seat, it has never shown an ar rogant or domineering spirit toward other towns of the county. The acts or attitude of a few individuals in a town, whether a subject for criticism or not, should not be made the basis for dislike of the town as a whole. Tillamook, and Tillamook county offi cials, have shown a commendable spirit of fairness toward other com- munities. The county officials, and come a booster for the whole county.
