GOD S VALLEY VOTES ROAD TAX The taxpayers of God’s valley up in the north end of the county voted a special road tax in their district last week, which will insure the build­ ing of a road by which they can get their milk and other produce out to the Roosevelt highway. Ths proof made -.vac fin al and the homesteader now owns the land, and will in due time receive his patent. His witnesses were John F. Slanger, and Thos. E. Bohna of the same neighborhood. Mr. Slanger since his residence in the Blaine country has officiated as witness for eight homesteaders in final proofs. It is learned that there are several thousand acres of O. & C. lands in the eastern part of this county that can be had under the special homestead act relating to this class of lands.
