made by the shifting of timbers out
of place. On motion of Councilman
Huberlach it was declared that no
more gatherings be permitted in the
city hall until it is ascertained just
what the damage consists of. and the
necessary repairs are made
It was agreed that the chief of po­
lice and Councilman Merrick take up
the matter of investigation of the
condition of the building and report
at the next council meeting
Councilman Carl Haberlach was
given a leave of absence for two
meeting nights or as long as requir­
ed, to make a business trip to the
east.
A. C. Everson asked permission to
use the old red burn for storage .im­
poses. The matter was referred to
the street commissioner who will re­
port at the next council meeting
