Mr. and Mrs. S. C. Bradley of Port
land, spent the week end in the Sun-
set cottage.
Mr. and Mrs. Kirkpatrick of Port­
land. passed the week end in the Sea­
lion cottage.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred Garrison, Mr.
and Mrs. Martin and Mrs. J. M. Gar­
rison. all of McMinnville, spent Sat­
urday and Sunday in the "Eyrie.”
Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Jenkins, of Yam
hill. Ore., were Oceanside visitors ov­
er the week end.
Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Zanders and
party of Milwaukie, are in the “Sea­
lion" cottage until after the 4th.

daughter.

Mrs. Mary Kennon of Salem has re-!
turned home after a three weeks visit
with relatives.
Mrs. J. M. Keenholtz has been nurs
ing her son Frank's little daughter
who had the misfortune to break her
arm and infection set in. The child
was well enough that Mrs. Keenholtz
left for her home in Cut Bank. Mon­
tana. Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Olin, Mr. Ed
Taylor, Miss Eva and Iris Merrill of
Portland motored over Sunday and
left the little girls to visit their un­
cle C. E. Irish and family.
The entire community was shocked
by the accident at the mill in which
Mr. E. Burt lost his life. The body
was taken to Castle Rock, Wash.,
where the funeral was held.
