C., state that the Roosevelt highway has def­ initely been placed on the map for future construct ion in this state, by the bureau of public roads. The report of the bur eau, including the proposal for building this highway, is now in the hands of the . cretary of agriculture and there is said to be no ques tion that he will give his approval.
