to a recent decision by the Supreme
Court, holding the dog license law
constitutional. This law provides
that all owners shall procure a li
cense for their dogs during the
month of January of each year. Fail
ure to comply with thlB statute, is a
mlsdeamor and subjects the oiirer
to a fine and any unlicensed dog is
to be killed under the provisions ot
the law. License can be secured
from the County Clerk and you are
respectfully urged to attend to this
matter without delay.
