Charles Sears, who was brought
in from Blaine a few days ago and
adjudged insane, was the causo of
some little excitement Tuesday af-

It seems that Sears, who was

his friends, believing

in doing this, resolved to stop the
proceedings.

arrived

town, obtained an attorney and got
the committment delayed for one
day. However, after due delibera­
tion they decided to allow the law
to take its course, but it is under­
stood that an effort will be made
to have the marriage annulled.
Sears is about 65 years old.
