Notice is hereby given, to all per­ sons whom it may concern, that the Common Council of Tillamook City, Oregon, has determined to improve I the following streets in said Tllla- mook City, to-wlt: Ninth Street, from the East line of I Thayer’s Addition to Tillamook City, i Oregon, West to Stillwell Avenue; Tenth Street, from the East side of i Thayer’s Addition to Stillwell Avenue I and from the West line of Lot 1, Block 3, Sunnymead Addition, to Til­ lamook City.
