    Notice of Hearing on Petition To
Form Drainage District.
In the County Court of the State of
Oregon, for Tillamook County.
Notice is hereby given that hearing
on the following petition will be held
at the Court House in the City of Till­
amook, County of Tillamook, State of
Oregon, on the First day of May,
iqi S, for the purpose of determining
whether the prayer of said petition
shall be granted.
All persons owning or claiming an
interest in lands described in said pe­
tition arc hereby notified to appear at
said place on said date and show
cause, if any there be, why the prayer
in said petition should not be granted.

1 he undersigned, being the owners
of more than fifty per cent of the
land m Tillamook County, Oregon,
her; matter described, do hereby peti­
tion j our Honorable Body and pray
that you cause to be organized and
formed, a drainage district for the
purpose of having said lands reclaim­
ed and protected in the manner herein
set forth from the effects of water,
for sanitary and agricultural purposes
and tor the benefit and welfare of the
public, and for the public utility and
benefit.
For the purpose of this petition we
state the following facts, as required
by Chapter 340 of the General Laws
of Oregon for the year 1915.

southerly direction along the bank of

shall be declared organized into a
drainage district under the provisions
ot Chapter 340 hereinbefore referred
to.

of any kind, except with hook and line
comonly called angling, for salmon
and other food fish, from and after
the first day of April, 1918, until said
tributaries of said Tillamook Bay are
again opened to salmon and other
food fish fishing herein prohibited as
provided for by Section 5316 L. O. L.,
as amended by Chapter 400 of the
General Laws of Oregon, for 1917.
And it shall be unlawful to fish for,
or take or catch salmon or other food
fish in any of the said waters so
closed from and after the 1st day of
April, 1918, and any and all persons
violating the provisions of this notice
will be prosecuted as by law provided.
