friends among the old pioneers and

was made partly to secure material
on the early history of the state and
partly to stimulate interest in this
history by speaking before the young
people as he did at the high school.

be preached in the evening beginning

council and Mr. Smith immediately
took office.
Mr. Aschim says he decided the
case on its merits, and believes he
was right in doing so, as there was
so small a margin to go on. The speed
