Old Folks at Home.
Way down upon the Swance river,
Far, far away
There’s where my heart is turning
ever,
There’s where the old folks stay.
All up and down the whole creation
Sadly I roam,
.
Still longing for the old plantation
And for the old folks at home.
2
One little hut among the bushes
One that I love, still sadly to my
memory rushes.
No matter where I rove.
When shall I see the bees ahumm-
i ing
All ’round the comb.
When shall 1 hear the banjo thum-
ming
Down in my good old home.
Chorus
All the world am sad and dreary
Everywhere I roam;
Oh! darkies how my heart grows
weary
Far from the old folks at home.
Auld Lang Syne.
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
And days of Auld lang syne.
2
And here’s a hand my trusty friend
And gie’s a hand of thine
We’ll take a cup of kindness yet
For auld lang syne.
Chorus
For auld lang syne, my dear.
For auld lang syne,
W< 'll take a cup of kindness yet
For auld lang syne.

And like winds in summer sighing
Her voice is low and sweet
Her voice is low and sweet
And she's a' the world to me
