entitled action on or before the expiration of

Dairy Association at Nehalem, Oregon : all
of wnich is subject to a claim of C. L. A ley
for >61.25 for labor performed for said de
fendant Caspar and is filed with the sheriff of
Tillamook Countv, Oregon, and is also sub
ject to the judgment applied for in an action
brought by Wm Purcell vs. Andrew Casper
and Rudolph Zweifel upon a promissory note
for >250, interest, attorney’s fees, costs and
disbursements, and is also subject to a judg
ment applied for in an action brought bv W.
A. Williams vs. Andrew Casper upon a
promissory note for >91.45. interest, costa
and disburstnents, both of which last named
actions were brought in the Circuit Court of
the State of Oregon for Tillamook County.
Also Vi set harness, 1 cook stove and >6.00
in cash now in the hands of the sheriff of
said countv and state, not subject to any
other claims.
