From Earth to Heaven.
On Thursday last,2 about 3.40 p.m ,
little H« ien Hoffstatter di**d at St.
Alphonaus Academy. Her relatives, the
3isters and a number of friends were
gathered about her tiny bed when she
bid adieu to this world.
The sweet child was cons ious to the
last;ju-«t as patiently as she bore her
long illness of ten or more weeks, so
bravely she battled to her dying breath.
Her bought» seemed to be with those
she loved. One would almost imagine
to hear these words from her quivering
lips :
Good bye papa, brother, sister,
1 am going to I* ave you now,
Going home to be with mamma;
Far bevond the agure sky.
Soon your grip will all be over ;
Days <»f toil will s < h > ii be o’er.
Then we’ll meet and meet forever,
On the bright and heavenly shore.
The funeral took place at Sacred
Heart Church, where Rev. L. A. I>e
Miller spoke very touchingly on the life
and death of <»ur little d*q>arted friend.

For several winters past my wife
has b»*eti trou»»led with a iu«Mt persistent
and disagreeable rough, which invari

weeks and cailM* I her many sleepless
nights." writes U ilI J Hayner, editor of
the Burley. Coin.. Bulletin. •• Various
remedies were tried each vear. with no
ben* ficial results.
In November last
the cough again put in an appearance
and my wife acting on the suggestion of
a friend, purchased a bottle of Chamber
Iain’s Cough Remedy. The result was
indeed marvelous.
After three doses
the cough entirely disappeared and has
not manifested itself since Thia remedy
