Among these users of perennial nests
are the wrens, some of the swallow
family, bluebirds, great crested fly
catchers, some of the owls, eagles,
chickadees and some woodpeckers.
“They repair to the nest each year
and often build It over. A little wren
has made Its nest In a hole In a tree In
my garden and has occupied It for the
last eight years. Each year It has piled
on new stuff till the hole is almost fill
ed up. Some say that as soon as It be

$20.07, with interest thereon at 7 per cent
from November 15th, 1905; for $20.65. with
interest at 7 percent from November 6th,.
1906 ; for $129.00, as attorney's fees and for
the costs and disbursements of this suit,
being the amounts due upon note given by
said defendants and for taxes paid by plain
tiff. and that plaintiff have a decree fore
closing the mortgage executed by said de
fendants to Theodore P. Bowlby. bearing
date February 18th. 1904, upon the North
westquarter of Section 14, and the South
east quarter of the South West quarter
of Section 4. in Township 2 South of
