Notice is Hereby Given that the County
Court of Tillamook County, Oregon, will re­
ceive bids for the Construction of a Combin­
ation Steel Bridge and Approaches across the
Trask River at what is known as the John­
son place. The span to be 119 feet long and
the approaches 288 feet long. The bridge to
be constructed according to the plana and
specifications on file with the County Clerk,
and prospective bidders can see same by call­
ing for them at the Clerk's Office. The bridge
must be completed on or before September
1st, 1907. All bids must be filed with the
County Clerk on or before 5 o’clock p.m. on
May 1st, 1907.
A certified check equal to lo per cent of the
contract price must be deposited with the
County Clerk at the time of filing the bids, as
«guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded
the contract, within’fifteen days ther.after,
execute and file with the County Court, a
bond satisfactory to the Court, guarantying
the fulfillment of the contract.
The Court reserves the right to reject any
