    TILLAMOOK HEADLIGHT. APRIL 11
HEA VY COURT DOCKET.
With 87 Case9 to Come up
in the Circuit Court.
____ William
__r_.____ Galloway will convene
Judge
the A pi il term ol the circuit court Mon
day next with 87 cists on the docket,
which does not include criminal cases,
which, thus (ar. include the Arsttll case
and the local option cases appealed from
the justice court. Whether a grand jury
will be called that appears lobe a secret,
but. if so, it may mean a numlwr of
criminal cases, for the selling of poison
ous. doctored whiskey ought to be in
vestigated. The condemnation suits by
the railroad companies will take up some
time of the court, especially in the cast
where the Pacific Railway & Navigation
Company brings an injunction suit to
lestiain the Astoria & Columbia River
Railroad Company from building into
'Tillamook county, which is liable to be
liollv contested by railroad attorneys
