The sale will be held at the front door of the
Court House of said County (being the door
of the Sheriff s office of said County) in the
manner and form as upon sale of real prop­
erty under execution, except as by law other­

sold to the person who offers to pay the tax­

take a sertificate of sale at the lowest rate of
33 interest, provided, however, the maximum
rate shall not exceed 10 per cent per annum.
The sale will be made subject to redemption
as provided by law, and is for the purpose of
