NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S
SALE FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES.
Notice is Hereby GNen that in pursu­
ance ot a warrant duly issued to the
undersigned Sheriff of the County of Till,
amook. State of Oregon, by the County
(Jerk of said County, on the 8th day of
March. 1904-, upon the tax roll of said
county for the year 1902, commanding
me to sell the several parcels of real pro
perty shown in said roll upon which the
taxes assessed and levied for said year
have not been paid, but are delinquent. 1
will, on FRIDAY, APRIL 15 th , 1904.
at my office at the County Court
House at Tillamook City, Oregon, at
9:30 o’clock a.in., and between the hours
of 9 o’clock in the morning and four
o’clock in the evening of said day and
from dav to day until said roll shall (je
exhausted, proceed to sell and sell at
public auction in 1 he manner provided by
law each of the said several tracts of real
property.
