NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S
SALE FOR
DELINQUENT TAXES.
Notice i« Hereby Given that in pursu­
ance ot a warrant duly issued to the
undersigned Sheriff of the County of Till-
amook, State of Oregon, bv the County
(Jerk of said County, on the 8th day of
March, 1904, upon the tax roll of said
county for the year 1902, commanding
me to sell the several parcels of real pro
perty shown in said roll upon which the
taxes assessed and levied for said year
have not been paid, but are delinquent. I
will, on FRIDAY, APRIL 15 th , 1904,
at my office at the County Court
House at Tillamook City, Oregon, at
9:30 o’clock a.m., and between the hours
of 9 o’clock in the morning and four
o’clock in the evening of said day and
from dav to day until said foil shall be
exhausted, proceed to sell and sell at
public auction in the manner provided by
law each of the said several tracts of real
property.
That the following is a description of
the several parcels of real propertv to be
sold with the amount of taxes, interest
to date of sale, and penalties accrued
against each tract and the name of the
owner or person to whom taxed, to-
