Ordinance No. 15a.
An ordinance to prohibit minors from
being or loitering on the streets and
other places in Tillamook City during i
certain hours, and to repeal ordinance ;
No. 82.
The people ofTillamook City do ordain 1
as follows :
Section 1 —That no minor within the
corporate limits of Tillamook City under;
the age of eighteen years shall be upon [
any street, alley or public place of the i
city on any night between the hours of;
9:00 o’clock p.m. and 4:00 o’clock a.m.
from Mav the 1st to September 30th,
inclusive of each year, nor between the
hours of 8:00 o’clock p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
from October the 1st to April the 30th
inclusive of each year, unless such minor
lie upon an errand or other legitimate
business tor his parents or guardian, but
in no case during such time that such
minor shall be upon such errand or other
legitimate business shall he loiter upon
any street, alley or other public place of
said city.
Section 2.—Any person violating the
provisions of this ordinance shall upon
conviction thereof be punished by a fine
of not less than two dollars and not
more than ten dollars and in default of
the payment of such fine shall be com­
mitted to the city jail one day for each
dollars of such fine.
Section 3.—Ordinance No. 82 is hereby
repealed.
