Real estate agents arc somewhat dis
appointed this summer because there is
little demand for real estate, there being
but few persons inquiring for dairy farms
or town property, and from the present
outlook it does not look as though there
is likely to be any great rush for estate in
Tillamook this year. This is to be re-
greted, for there is not a better county
in Oregon where new comers can find as
profitable an industry as in Tillamook.
Probably this will cause somewhat of a
slum in farm and city property where it
is held too high. Let us hope, however,
that Tillamook will obtain some of the
immigration which is coming to Oregon
this fall, and if it does, it may put more
life in the real estate business.
