voters of said District, the said Board of
Directors herby offers to the public in­
terest-bearing warrants of said district in

the construction of a new school build­
ing Said warrants are to draw interest
at six per cent, per annum and to lie
issued in denomination of $50.00 each
and are to lie payable as follows, to-wit:
