Tillamook had 19 inches of rain in
March, and on the 7th the rainfall was
4.20 inches in 24 hours. Thanks, we do
not need irrigation in Tillamook, and
strange as it may appear to those on
the “outside” there is no one kicking be­
cause heaven has blessed Tillamook with I
a n abundance of rain to keep the grass
green summer and winter, with no pos­
sibility of being dried up in the summer
or frozen up in the winter, which puts a
broad, happy, contented smile on every
dairyman in Tillamook. Some people
would bug their eyes out at 19 inches of
rainfall in one month, but it takes lots
of it to make a genuine Webfoot healthy
and happy, and that’s why there are so
few chronic kickers and calamity how.
