Mr. and Mrs King had n Christmas
tree at their home, for the benifit of
their little folks, which was well loaded
with presents.
The Christinas trees that were planed
were poorly attended ou account of th
bad weather.
Mrs. Owens, a daughter of Mr. T. J.
Harris, and her husband are at Mr.
Harris's oil a visit. They came in on
horseback fiom McMinnville, and had a
very rough trip.

A few days ago Mr. Hoopes shot a
hole through Iris front door while
handling a gun which he believed to be
unloaded. Fortunately no one was
hurt simply because Mr. Hoops acquired
the very sensible habit of always point
ing his gun the other way, loaded or
unloaded.
