    WAR WITH SPAIN
Ts still going on in Cuba, and the Cubans and Spaniards are still peppering away at
each other but they are overshadowed since the beginning of the
TU RC( )-G RECI AN WAR.
Just so with some of our Dry Goods and Grocery*merchants in Tillamook. They have
been peppering away for the last ten or fifteen years, trying to make the people believe they
have the Largest, Best and Cheapest Stock of Clothing to be had
But tlie People do not Believe it
For they have been sending to Chicago, New York and San Francisco for their clothing”
this should not be W.hy do you do this, we ask? Because we have no good stock to select
from in Tillamook, is the answer.
WE ARE HERE TO SUPPLY THAT WANT
and can furnish you anything in the line of clothing, and if not in stock will order it for you.
W e cniTy pants from 4 year old knee pants to the largest size mens punts. Wo have suits for the shortest mid th» smallest—and the largest and
the tallest. We have them for the p ><>c and th « rich" and at prices as low as the lowest.
We carry a lull line of Hats and Shoes in all the up to date
styles, as well as Heavy Work Shoes and Loggers Shoes.
We do not handle Groceries, Drugs, Dry Goods or Hardware but deal exclusively in Clothing, HatsShoes and Furnishing Goods which we buy
direct from the manufacturers in New York, Boston, Brocton, Milwaukee, Racine, Chicago, St Louis, St l’aul and San Francisco.
