warrant issued out of the county court of the
county of Tillamook. State of Oregon, and to
me directed and delivered as sheriff and tax
collector of Tillamook county. State of Oregon,
commanding me to collect the delinquent taxes
charged in the list of delinquent tax payers for
the year 1892, by levying upon and selling
the goods niid chattels' of such delinquent tax
payers, and if none be found, then upon tin*
real property, as set forth in said tax list, or so
much thereof as shall satisfy the amount of
taxes so charged, with cost and expenses of sale,
situated in Tillamook County, Oregon, and
described as follows to-wit:
