Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an
execution issued out of the Circuit Court of
Tillamook County, State of Oregon, on the 26th
day of July 1894, on a judgment rendered in the
Justice Court of Hoquurton precinct, Tillamook
county, Oregon, on the 20th day of March IS94,
in favor of J. E. Sibley, and against James
t'nristensen and Simeon Pari for the sum of
Two hundred and forty-six dollars and eight
dollars and sixty-five cents costs; which judg
ment was filed with the county clerk of Tilla
mook county, State of Oregon, on the 21st day
of March IS94, and immediately enrolled and
docketed in the judgment docket of the Circuit
Court aforesaid, and commanding me that out
of the personal property of the said defendants
or if sufficient could not he found then out of the
real property belonging to said defendants on
or after the 2ist day of March 181*4 to satisfy the
sum of Two hundred and forty-six dollars and
interest thereon at the rate of 8 per cent, per
annum from the 20th day of March I894 and the
further sum of eight dollars ami sixty five cents
costsand accruing costs of and upon this writ.
Now. therefore, after due levy and by virtue
of said execution I will sell at public auction for
cash in hand, at the court house door at Tilla
mook City, in Tillamook county, State of Ore
gon, on Saturday, the 25th day of August 1894,
at the hours of eleven o’clock in the forenoon,
the following described real property to-wit:
