execution issued out of the circuit court of the
State of Oregon for the County of Tillamook on
the 7th day of July 1894, on a judgment rendered
in said Court on the 1st day of September 1893 in
favor of said defendant Win. Olsen and against
Truman Harris and Francis M. Harris, defen
dants. for the sum of Thirteen Hundred and
seventy-nine ami 50 | 100 dollars and costs and
commanding me out of the personal property of
said defendants Truman Harris and Francis M.
Harris, or if sufficient cannot be found then out
of the real property belonging to said defendants
