this state of things has caused an un-
precedente«l stagnation in all commer
cial circles. That is th«* reason why,
notwithstanding the fact that the Rrm-
ingion railroad project l«M>ks very I io | m *-
ful, the city’s prosjierity was never at a
lower ebb.
