on, at the September 11 Banks City Council meeting.

ceives a certificate of Appreciation from Mayor John Kinsky,
on behalf of the City of Banks, also at the September 11
council meeting. The next council meeting is scheduled for
Tuesday, October 9., starting at 7:00 p.m, in council cham-
bers at city hall.
