Worker. This position requires physical
labor in unskilled work performing
tasks that maintain City Buildings and
Grounds. The limited term position is
part-time, non-exempt, non-union, and
hourly. Essential duties, responsibili-
ties and qualifications include but are
not limited to: general building mainte-
nance, lawn care, cleaning of rest-
rooms, emptying of garbage contain-
ers, etc. Must have a valid driver’s li-
cense, be able to operate different
types of lawn maintenance equipment,
lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs., perform
assigned job activities without detailed
instructions as to specific procedures
to be followed and receive only occa-
sional instruction or assistance as new
or unusual situations arise. Job appli-
