1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained, or rehydrated if dry
2/3 cup olive oil
2 T fresh basil
2 tsp capers
2 cloves garlic
2 T balsamic vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
