The next 5 Area Luncheon will be February 22 at the Rainier Senior Center. Arrange your own transportation, though, because not enough members have been attending to justify providing a bus. That can change when more members feel like socializing with members of other senior centers in Columbia County. If you wonder how decisions are made for the Center, remem- ber that members are welcome at the monthly meetings of the Board of Directors. The board meets on the second Friday of each month at 1:00 p.m. It’s a good time to ask questions or make suggestions. Remember there are great breakfasts on Fridays at the Senior Center from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Breakfasts are open to everyone for just $3.50 per person.
