July 11 – Juvenile referred to Juvenile Dept. for Curfew Viola- tion. July 14 – Follow up investiga- tion with DHS on Columbia Street. July 15 – Police Officer Hold on Washington St. on elderly woman no longer able to care for herself. – Nuisance abatement started on A Street. July 16 – Several men reported to be in camouflage clothing with weapons near swimming area. Ju- veniles with airsoft weapons found; one referred to Juvenile Dept. for Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
