More than 25,000 Legionnaires across Oregon, plus 10,000 members of the Sons of the American Le- gion and the American Legion Auxiliary, collectively volunteer thousands of hours to assist our veterans and their commu- nities. Mayor Kinsky signed the proclamation and encouraged citizens to celebrate the many contributions made by mem- bers of the American Legion. The city’s contract planner, KJ Won, told Council that the Department of Land Conserva- tion and Development (DLCD) is requesting Banks to extend its current population projection by four years. Won explained optional procedures for the re- vision and council approved the method he recommended.
