Vernonia, cited for Harassment.
Oct 1 – Michael Gosnell, 24,
Vernonia, arrested for PCS and
Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor; tak-
en to CCSO jail.
– Jason Minor, 18, St. Helens,
cited for MIP.
Oct 3 – Denise Miller, 35, Ver-
nonia, arrested for a Cowlitz Co.,
Wash. Probation Violation; taken to
Longview, released to Cowlitz Co.
Probation.
– Jeff Davis, 25, Vernonia, ar-
rested for Assault II, Assaulting
Public Safety Officer, Resisting Ar-
rest, Attempt to Elude, and DWS;
injured in MV crash, taken to hos-
pital. Failed to turn himself in to
Probation Officer, is currently want-
ed. If you see Davis or know his
whereabouts, call the VPD.
Oct 8 – Family disturbance re-
ported on 1st Ave.; referred to DHS
for follow-up.
Oct 11 – Abandoned Vehicle on
Polk Ave. tagged.
Oct 12 – Jeffery Hardesty, 49,
homeless, arrested on Lane Coun-
ty Indecent Exposure warrant; tak-
en to CCSO jail.
Oct 15 – Ryan Shane Cook, 26,
Vernonia, arrested on Probation
Detainer for drinking alcohol and
contact with minors; taken to
CCSO jail.
– Steven Tarkington, 18, Ver-
nonia, cited for Furnishing alcohol
to Minors & MIP.
– 16 year old juvenile referred
to Juvenile Dept. for MIP alcohol.
– James Hall, 23, Vernonia, re-
ferred to DA for Furnishing alcohol
to Minor.
– Ricky Batholomew, 34, Ver-
nonia, arrested on Col. Co. Proba-
tion Violation and PCS less than 1
oz. Marijuana; taken to CCSO jail.
