Columbia County has jurisdiction
over those portions of Cleveland Road
(Rose Avenue) and Alder Street de-
scribed above. By Memorandum of Un-
derstanding, the County agreed to per-
form, or assist the City of Vernonia in
performing, specific repairs on the de-
scribed portion of these roads and the
City agreed to accept jurisdiction over
such road portions after the repairs were
completed.
The hearing shall be open to the
public and all interested persons may
appear and be heard. At or before the
hearing, any person may file with the
Board of County Commissioners any in-
formation regarding any matter present-
ed to the Board in the proceeding or al-
